Incoming 7th Graders:
INCOMING 7th GRADERS MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING IMMUNIZATIONS BEFORE THE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL IN AUGUST:
1. MCV4: Meningococcal Vaccine
2. Tdap: Tetanus, Diphtheria and acellular pertussis - (booster)
8th Grade Parents:
If your child is transferring from a school outside of Texas or is being retained in the 8th grade, the above immunizations are also required before beginning school. Students transferring from another Texas school should have already received the State required immunizations.
Parents/Guardians - If you recieve a notice that your child is due for an immunization or a notice that your child does not meet the immunization requirements, please address the situation immediately by submitting documentation to the clinic.
During the summer send updated immunization records via email to [email protected] .
